JG Consulting was founded in 2011 and started as a small local marketing and consulting business
JG Consulting was acquired by Jay Le, an entrepreneur. The company was reformed and rebranded as J&J Marketing. After rebranding, the company started focusing on digital marketing and social media marketing.
J&J Marketing received an award for fastest growing company.
J&J Marketing acquired Gotprint LLC, and expanded services in printing.
J&J Marketing expanded its services to full-service digital marketing and acquired Printing Center.
LePower became part of J&J Marketing's organization.
By 2018, J&J Marketing has acquired several businesses including businesses in the entertainment, manufacturing, hosting, web security, printing, art, marketing, and software industries.
J&J Marketing went on to acquire several other marketing agencies around the world.
J&J Marketing acquired Hype and rebranded Hype to HYPE Agency that is a full-service digital marketing agency.
J&J Marketing acquired Sciton.
